I'm Andreia and I'm lucky to have a Victorian building downtown in Setúbal, so I want to share it! I've lived 10 years abroad (in London) and traveled a lot with work all around the world, so I know what it is to have a place where to stay that feels like home with all the amenities that make our life easier.
I love Setúbal. It's 30 min drive from Lisbon, but also a vibrant city with the best mix of beach and mountain. The apartment is beautifully spacious and luminous. I love the period design which we kept as original as possible. It's great to work from the apartment or directly from co-working spaces in the city. If you fancy company, there's co-working space and a dance academy on the ground floor of the building (also my tenants, Gaby and Antonio). There are also loads of nice places to eat downtown and nice spots for sports (cycling, running). We welcome you to stay & work from here to enjoy this fantastic vibrant city but also nearby Lisbon.

I'm passionate about interior design, about house renovations and hosting my family and friends and guests from around the world. I love to put my hands to work and do stuff that I can see. All decorations from the apartment are mine and my dad's. We also love art, my brother is an artist and we try to imprint beautiful and artistic things around us whenever we can. On my free time, I love to do sports (Barre and Amplify/Cycling), I meditate (Headspace) and I take every opportunity to run especially in new cities. Setúbal has been my refuge for years, since my mother decided to live here and I always came to visit to enjoy the simple pleasures of this city. The sun in the face, the warm wind, the beautiful view of the beach or the mountain, and the great food! I'm sure you'll love it too.
