How long does it take for the landlord to respond to my reservation request?
Once you submit your reservation request, the landlord will be notified and will have 24 hours to accept or reject your request. If the landlord doesn't respond to your request within the 24-hour window, our system will reject your request automatically.
Note: Landlords base their decisions mainly on the information you write about yourself. That's why we always recommend that you enter as much information into your Flatio profile as possible. It helps the landlord to understand you and your needs better and to gain trust in you, which is crucial when they're considering renting out their property to you. |
