Is it possible to add one or more individuals to the lease agreement?

Currently, it's not possible to have multiple tenant names in one lease agreement. 

However, there is a simple solution. Your landlord can create an amendment to the lease from their profile, stating that the defined person is also allowed to use the property within the given period. The amendment will be a part of the lease agreement which is an official tax document, therefore the offices accept this document for visa applications and other services.

If you wish to proceed this way, please send the following information about the other tenant(s) to your landlord:

  • Name;
  • Date of Birth;
  • Permanent Residence;
  • ID/Passport Number;
  • Phone Number;
  • Email Address.

As soon as your landlord submits the amendment, it will appear in your My Housing profile under the "Contracts" section, and you will need to sign it electronically so it becomes valid. Afterward, it can be used even for official matters.
