A great place to live ! My wife and i had firstly a flat in the center but the landlord was as weird as his flat so we left for Karel's studio ! What a nice surprise we had. Everything was clean, well organised and secure. Karel has been very kind with us and always available when we were looking for something ! We'd like to send him many thanks. +++++ 10/10 !

The house is located in a nice and peaceful area with good public transportation. The house looks a little run-down but the inside is cozy. Works really well for a exchange or for people working in Prague for a while. The owner is helpful and speaks good english!

Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, okolica bardzo dobra; blisko centrum, transportu publicznego. Niestety z kontaktu z agencja zarządzająca mieszkaniem byłam bardzo niezadowolona, przede wszystkim po Tym jak wprowadziliśmy się do mieszkania. W momencie przekazywania kluczy osoba która się z nami spotkała nie miała karty do garażu i poprosiła o kontakt jak tylko taka kartę będziemy potrzebować. Zadzwoniłam z ta prośba tydzień przed planowana data wynajęcia auta i jakieś 5 razy potem. Za każdym razem osoba odpowiadała ze oddzwoni. No cóż, do tej pory nie oddzwonili...

I've been living in this flat for 4 months during my semester abroad and I have to say I exceedingly enjoyed the time in this flat.
Petra and her husband welcomed us with a great warmness and if I had some struggle or I needed help, Petra immediately helped me with great calmness.
The flat is more than enough for two people and although there is a very busy street next to it, you never get disturbed by noise from cars. Everything worked and I really can not complain about anything. I would definitely recommend the flat and I can say i am happy I signed a contract with Petra as a landlord.
