Paní Nováková byla vždy k zastižení, bezproblémová komunikace. Je velice vstřícná vůči přáním nájemníků. Byt je moc pěkný, dobře zařízený. Určitě doporučuji!

Byt zcela odpovídal popisu a fotografiím na Flatiu, je útulný a velmi dobře lokalizován. Komunikace s majitelem byla výborná, obzvlášť oceňuji jeho ochotu při předávání klíčů od bytu (při převzetí i odevzdání) a v případě potřeby možnost se v bytě zastavit, kdyby bylo třeba něco zařídit. Doporučuji.

Great experience while in Prague for 5 weeks taking a TEFL certification course. Eva was very accommodating answering any questions and taking care of any issues promptly. The flat is in a very quiet neighborhood and had easy access to public transportation.

The apartment is located next to the U-bahn so it`s really easy to go anywhere from there. The apartment was really clean and there was a lot of room as well. Even though the apartment is next to the big street and U-bahn, the noise from the streets didn`t bother us. The only thing we were missing during our two week stay was washing machine, all the other equipment was there. Thank you, we had a wonderful time in there. I highly reccomend this place.

Very nice apartment, very close to the center either by foot or public transportation. The apartment included all that I need. Olena was a very nice landlady.
