My overall experience was kind of good, but guys, you are a rental service, people from other countries use your services, why on Earth wasn't I able to pay with my debit cards from 3 different countries (I ALSO tried apple pay and google pay - same results) and had to ask my local friend for a favor several times to pay for my apartment with large sums of money? Your payment gateway needs to be changed or some additional ways of payment need to be added.

I would like to say that all the customer services staff are friendly and helpful. However, if I have to solve a slightly more complicated case, it is already long and nerve-wracking. I have the feeling that many times they don't even answer what I asked. I don't think I need to keep in direct contact with your insurance company AXA, also because they ask for a long and repetitive description of the case. The last guest, Mr. Antal Thomas, caused a lot of damage to the apartment, I have already described the story of the stained tablecloth about 10 times, but there is still a long form to be filled out, this was perhaps the smallest damage among the others.I think it is much better to ask for a deposit and deal with the damage with the tenant than with Axa and Flatio. So it's annoying and discourages working with Flatio. If it weren't for this long and nerve-wracking administration, your site would work quite well.

Transparency of payments was great. I don't like that you have to clean whole house when you leave as it should be in the price and I never clean like professional cleaners. Also when you have early flight, you can't wash sheets or towels. Because of that I got lower ranking from previous owner(
