In my opinion everything was quite okay. But I’m not fond of the way too exaggerated prices we need to pay for the wiring of money, the website fee as well as the overpriced rents in relation to the area the flats are situated in. Please in future try to find a way of implementing an algorithm for determining rents adjusted to the areas.

6 is a fair rating. The main issue with this site is you act like you are doing tenants a favour. Fill in more details in your profile for a better chance etc etc. Forgetting about the fact that tenants are paying inflated rates to rent properties, Landlords should be proving themselves to tenants, not via versa, tenants pay money, that's all the proof that is needed. Although I left the apartment before the agreed date, the experience was good, Maybe I'd recommend Flatio to consider some special reasons when the people must leave the apartment, for example a work trip. therefor the user may receive a partial refund (with any proof such as a letter from the company)

I was pleased mostly, but I suppose the protocol for customer service should be improved. Once, I sent the rent via the bank to the flatio bank account. Although I sent the exact amount of the rent and paid for the transaction fee, the amount of money arrived was smaller than I sent. Therefore, I asked advice to the customer service, but, in the end, I got a response "I don't know". I would suggest the response of flatio shouldn't be "I don't know", instead "I believe there was a problem with the bank, so please consult the bank." or "Let me check with the bank and get back to you.". If such a problem occurs and flatio doesn't know what to do, customers won't know who to trust.

Payment methods should be available up front before one can start the booking; many places are advertised as “the whole flat” when in reality they are shared accommodations, unless contacting the landlord one may find out at the time of moving in... which would be unfortunate. Service fees are not clear at all - it would be beneficial to have an overview of what they cover and what percentage of the rent they should be. The app does not have many options to select facilities or location on a map, unless clicking into each ad. Regarding shared accommodation, it would be super to have the option to filter for private bathroom option :) Other than that, it looks like a great Company and a great idea, as having to pay high deposits are one of the biggest burden in Czech Republic.. so thank you for thinking of it! Hopefully I will be satisfied with my stay, if my request will be accepted :))
